All advance payments, booking amounts, or project initiation fees are non-refundable. These payments are used to allocate resources, plan work, and initiate the project.
Since our services include website development, software development, IT consulting, and digital services, refunds are generally not applicable once the work has started.
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with valid payment details and reason for the request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless it meets the eligibility criteria.

This Refund Policy shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
